This hotel is a great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location, close enough to the main building housing the only restaurant, makes it convenient for guests. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms offer beautiful views of the finish point of Lake Punnamda and the breakfast provided is fantastic.
Everything was satisfactory.

The natural beauty of the area and the peace and quiet were the best aspects of the hotel. the room had a beautiful view of the surroundings and the staff were friendly and polite.
The food was very limited and basic, with no variety for Christmas dinner. the activities offered were also very limited, with only a few indoor games available.

Great facilities and location near the water. The amazing pool and luxurious spa was a highlight of my stay.
I found the staff to be apathetic about my concerns, and the lack of Wi-Fi in the room was a nuisance. I would not recommend this hotel.

The accommodation was in a peaceful location a little way outside. the rooms were well maintained and spacious, with good views out over the natural surroundings. the staff provided an excellent service, attentive to guests' needs. the breakfast was a delight, with lots of fresh local ingredients to choose from. the swimming pool was large and well-maintained, offering a great place to relax after a busy day.
The nearby facilities could have been better maintained in terms of their cleanliness, making it hard to appreciate the natural surroundings.
